Will it (or does it) actually look that good? 'Cos it looks amazing in the preview. Also will all the buttons be properly functional (e.g. in the desktop IE on the current Online Win8 the address bar doesn't do anything nor the back/forward buttons nor the new tab button, not on my computer anyway)? But if they are, then it'll be awesome.

Yes, it will look that good, I haven't photoshoped a single detail.
Maybe they'll be functional.. (the back forward buttons works)
But Desktop IE is just eye candy..
