It is a very nice web app and I like it a lot. But on the other hand it has lots of things that don't work - like the search, settings on most apps, and features in general (e.g for the desktop). But what there is is of good quality. The FireFox app is particularly interesting because it does its job, but it doesn't really do much else. The address bar does not work, nor does the 'new tab' button, but the back and forward buttons do. The iFrame control in it is clever but not fully unctional in those ways. The YouTube app is very effective because it is not iFramed, yet it delivers the same videos on it obviously, yet it is brilliant in terms of 'all-content-no-distractions'. I also love the red 2-box sized news section with news from windows8beta.com and news of itself (e.g new versions). The pictures app is also quite nice, though I would expect it to be in HTML5 really. I've only given it 3 1/2 stars for originality because it is a very good idea to make it in HTML5, but obviously there is not much new design from the actual Windows 8. It has very good technique in most aspects but it is not complete in terms of what stuff works in it so only 4 stars. There is quite an impact, though compared to the actual Windows 8 it is not much (but this would be normal as there are boundaries to html5). So on the whole, it is very nice. Just needs more, which it will get, I am sure.

I've made some little edits:
  • Fixed charms bar on about page
  • Added an app of my conception
  • Added a link to return to my website
  • It can now remember the name the person typed for 1 year via Nomin the Cookie
  • Added myself in the credits for some of the edits that I've just mentionned

Oh, by the way, I Heart  this

I'm creating a linux distro that looks a lot like Windows 8. Can I borrow a bit of your HTML code for the start menu?

Ok, but make sure you give credit. Also, I recommend Modern UI CSS for a website design, it's much easier to use and much faster and more complete. (modernui.org.ua )

Chrome has an extension in the Web Store and it works! Just search "Chrome APNG" and it should be the first one there.

All browsers except the ones I hate : Chrome and IE

If you hate them both then why do you use CSS scrollbars that are only supported in them? If you really hated those browsers you wouldn't bother with them!

If I develop on these browsers, it's to learn to develop on all kinds of platforms.
I hate them because :
- I have to add the -webkit- or -ms- prefix for all CSS3 properties (a lot), mozilla dropped his prefixes since v.16
- I can't customize as much as firefox
- Slow start up times (and sometimes, browsing times)
- Firefox shares it's UI concepts with everyone not like other browsers
